Park Construction Corporation was established in Fitzwilliam, New Hampshire in 1974 by Steve & David Norby.  In 1995 the North Carolina division was opened in the Raleigh/Durham market. Since that time Park Construction of NC, Inc. has gained recognition as one of the premier utility companies in the construction of large diameter conveyance systems of sanitary sewer lines as well as waterlines, later specializing in large volume bypass pumping systems.
