WIth over 25 years of experience in the construction field, Chris Humbert has been envolved in all facets of the construction business. Formerly, he has served as a Project Coordinator, the EHS Manager, the Operations Manager, Project Manager. Mr. Humbert currently serves as the Vice President of Park Construction of North Carolina operations. In addition to oversight of day-to-day operations, his responsibilities include business development, client development, proposal and estimate preparation, and management of banking, bonding and insurance relationships. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the NUCA of the Carolinas, where he is a past President of the Chapter as well as past Chairman of the Safety & Risk Management Board. He holds a bachelor's degree from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina.
In 2015, Bobbie Raynor joined the Park Construction team bringing with him 29 years of construction estimating experience. In 2000, he began Design-Build and Construction Management delivery methods as well as open bid process. He has an Associate Degree in Drafting and Design.
Senior Project Manager
Austin Bailey has 12 years of construction experience in various fields of study which include expertise in geotechnical, concrete as well as large diameter sewer mains. He has his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte along with a Masters degree from East Carolina University. He currently holds a certification in Professional Program Management as well as Public Utilities.
Joshua Rogers joined Park Construction of North Carolina has 6 years of experience in environmental and utilities construction services. Throughout his career he has provided project management on various types of infrastructure construction projects including water and wastewater conveyance systems, stream restoration, landfill applications, and hazardous site remediation. He holds an undergraduate degree from North Carolina State University. He currently has his Public Utilities license.
Ron Bailey has over 41 years in the construction field.
Robbie Martin has been in the fleet management since 1993. Mr. Martin oversees and supervises all field technicians and drivers, equipment purchasing, managing rental equipment, equipment inventory, maintenance, dispatch, and billing for the projects equipment fleet. Prior to joining the Park Construction team, he managed fleet maintenance for one of the largest site developers in North Carolina. Mr. Martin holds a credential as a Certified Equipment Manager from the Association of Equipment Management Professionals.
Environment, Heath & Safety Manager
Ryan Mack brings many years of environmental construction services. Prior to joining the Park Construction team, Mr. Mack was a team leader for an environmental construction company handling managing, supervising and safety. landfills, stream restorations and site developments. He provides all safety training for the North Carolina division. He currently holds his North Carolina Public Utilities license. He serves on the NUCA of the Carolinas Safety & Risk Management Committee.
