Chris Humbert

Vice President
​
Chris Humbert joined the Park Construction team in 2003. Mr. Humbert currently serves as the Vice President of the Park Construction of North Carolina operations. Over the years, he has served as a Project Coordinator, the EHS Manager, an Operations Manager, and a Project Manager.
In addition to oversight of day-to-day operations, Mr. Humbert's primary responsibilities include business development, client development, proposal and estimate preparation, and management of banking, bonding and insurance relationships.
Mr. Humbert currently serves on the Board of Directors of NUCA of the Carolinas, where he is a former chapter President as well as Chairman of the Safety & Risk Management Committee. He received a Bachelor's degree from The Citadel Military College of South Carolina and holds a North Carolina Public Utilities license as well as a North Carolina Builders license..

Bobbie Raynor

Chief Estimator
​
Bobbie Raynor joined the Park Construction team in 2015, bringing with him 30 years of construction experience. He started his career with a degree in Drafting and Design and found his forte in the field of Construction Estimating. In addition, he also has experience in both Scheduling and Project Management.
Prior to joining Park Construction, he was the Chief Estimator for a major construction company recognized throughout the Southeast.
His primary responsibilities include contract negotiation and the procurement of construction contracts through competitive bids, as well as through design-build and construction management at-risk agreements. He is responsible for gathering and analyzing informational metrics for competitive bidding, as well as for building and maintaining healthy relationships with key vendors, subcontractors, engineers and owners.
Mr. Raynor's focus centers around Design-Build and the Construction Management delivery methods, an experience that he has brought to Park Construction. He currently holds a North Carolina Public Utilities license.

Austin Bailey

Senior Project Manager
Austin Bailey joined the Park Construction team in 2016, bringing with him an extensive background in geotechnical studies and experience in the field of concrete construction.
He has managed many of the most complex and time sensitive sanitary sewer projects for Park Construction since joining the team. With the assistance of design engineers, he has implemented a number of value engineering ideas for various municipalties.
Mr. Bailey received a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and a Master's degree from East Carolina University. He is a PMP certificate holder after successfully completing the Professional Project Management program. In addition, he holds a North Carolina Public Utilities license.
Joshua Rogers

Project Manager

Joshua Rogers joined the Park Construction team in 2016, bringing an extensive background in the field of environmental studies and utility conveyance systems. Prior to joining Park Construction, Mr. Rogers managed various specialty projects consisting of stream restoration, landfill construction, hazardous site remediation as well as large diameter infrastructure installations.
Mr. Rogers specializes in the management of sanitary sewer and waterline projects.
Mr. Rogers received a Bachelor's degree in Agricultural and Environmental Technology from North Carolina State University and holds a North Carolina Public Utilities license.

FIELD SERVICES

General Superintendent
​
For over 27 years, Ron Bailey has been at Park Construction, bringing with him a wealth of knowledge in handling the most complex projects, no matter what the conditions may present. He started as a supervisor for Viacon, a division of Park Construction, in Midland, Florida. In 1997, he transferred to Park Construction of North Carolina, where he assumed the position of General Superintendent.
Mr. Bailey's primary responsibilities include overseeing, supervising and coordinating the field supervisors, coordinating project equipment logistics with fleet services, resolving jurisdictional disputes, developing relationships with the owner/engineer field inspectors, managing field performance and quality of work, coordinating scope of work for each of the subcontractors, as required.
In addition, Mr. Bailey coordinates field changes, knowledge of contract documents to anticipate potential problems before they arise, planning major "work arounds", shutdowns and tie-ins, mentors new supervisors.

Fleet Services
Rob Martin

Equipment Manager
Robbie Martin has been a supervisor in the fleet management industry since 1993 and holds a credential as a Certified Equipment Manager from the Association of Equipment Management Professionals.
Prior to joining the Park Construction team, he managed one of the largest heavy civil equipment fleets in the Southeast.
Mr. Martin's primary responsibilities include preventative maintenance integration, fleet replacement, lifecycle management, procurement of rental equipment, GPS-based mechanical diagnostics and fleet security. He is also responsible for overseeing, supervising and dispatching all field technicians, welders, and drivers.
In addition, he is responsible for billing the equipment fleet assigned to each project.

Ryan Mack

Environment, Heath & Safety Manager
​
Ryan Mack joined the Park Construction team in 2018, bringing years of experience in environmental construction services. Prior to joining the Park Construction. Mr. Mack was a team leader for an environmental construction company handling, managing, supervising landfills, stream restorations and site developments.
His primary responsibilities include completing safety inspections, managing accident, incident and first report of injuries as well as compliance with local, state and federal OSHA/DOT regulations. He provides all safety training for the North Carolina division.

Mr. Mack currently serves on the NUCA of the Carolinas Safety & Risk Management Committee. He holds a North Carolina Public Utilities license.
